The lengths I would go…

If there ever was a question of Parisian style, Christophe Lemaire had all the answers in his Autumn 2014 collection for Hermès. The show was one my favourites, if not my favourite, for the pure love and focus on beautifully made clothes. Stunning sombre tones, sharp tailoring, contemporary silhouettes, made with exquisite materials, collectively made a strong statement in French elegance, spelt with a capital chic. I particularly loved the lengths on the leather skirts, the length of the slightly oversized coats, paired with long gilets and silks tops pulled in with a slim leather belt. The small leather accessories, the autumnal tones on cream, all so effortless. Oh the lengths I would go, for a little Hermès this Autumn.
